Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflex points of the hands, feet or face to bring about a feeling of deep relaxation, to stimulate the body's own self healing processes and return a person to a state of balance and wellbeing.
Reflexology has so many incredible benefits and the more sessions you have, the more benefits you can experience - it has an accumulative effect.

Reflexology can be a wonderful stand-alone treatment.
If you are dealing with a specific condition that you would like treatment for, there is nothing to stop you being treated daily.
So, depending on your individual reason for treatment you are able to book as frequently as you like.
For instance, if you are trying to reintroduce a better sleep pattern then you may benefit from a treatment a few times per week.
However once you feel balanced you may feel like a 'tune up' after 4-8 weeks... all up to you!
The good news is that I offer a block booking deal, where if you pay for a block of 6 sessions, then you reduce each session cost by £5!
*For the block booking deal, sessions should be booked with a maximum of 8 weeks apart*
