When booking an appointment you will receive email confirmation almost immediately and a then an email reminder the day before your scheduled appointment.
Please give at least 24hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Late cancellations and ‘No Shows’ can waste precious time and money and so if notice is given after the 24hour period then you may still be charged 50% of your appointment cost.
SERVICE GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely happy with the treatment I have provided, please let me know during your treatment or within 24 hours after you leave. I am committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on my side, to offer you a refund.
For your comfort and safety, please let me know if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
Make sure you fill out your consultation form honestly and accurately. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please tell me immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, anyone who is intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the treatment they are here to receive.
